Our Rebuilding & Replacement Process
- Comprehensive Diagnostics – Full vehicle scan, hydraulic pressure tests, and road testing with live data to identify internal or electrical issues.
- Complete Disassembly & Inspection – The transmission is completely disassembled, each component is cleaned, and all parts are inspected for wear or failure.
- Precision Reassembly – New seals, bushings, gaskets, and clutch packs are installed, and every component is torqued to exact manufacturer specifications.
- Cooler & Line Flush – Using our Hot Flush system, we ensure a clean, contamination-free cooling system before reinstalling the rebuilt unit.
Final Testing & Road Verification – Each rebuilt transmission is road tested and scan verified for proper pressure, smooth shifting, and reliable performance.
